1. Services

Lucky Clikzs provides professional photography services, including maternity, baby, family, events, and lifestyle photography. Details of each service, session durations, and pricing are provided on our website or communicated during consultation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions are confirmed only after advance payment or deposit, as communicated at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule before the delivery of photographs or albums.

  • Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or other methods specified by Lucky Clikzs.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

  • In case of cancellation, the advance payment may be non-refundable depending on the package terms.

  • Lucky Clikzs reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies).

4. Delivery & Usage

  • Final photographs will be delivered digitally or via physical albums as agreed.

  • Lucky Clikzs retains the copyright of all images. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights.

  • Any commercial use, reproduction, or sale of images requires written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure punctuality for scheduled sessions.

  • For baby and maternity shoots, clients are responsible for the comfort, safety, and supervision of children during sessions.

6. Liability

  • Lucky Clikzs is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the session due to client negligence.

  • We take utmost care of equipment and props but are not liable for personal property brought to the session.

7. Privacy

  • All client information and photographs are handled with strict confidentiality.

  • Personal data is used only for communication, delivery, and promotional purposes with client consent.

8. Changes to Terms

Lucky Clikzs reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.

By booking a session or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
